Regal Bank, headquartered at 570 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, with a second branch at 504 South Livingston Avenue, also in Livingston, recently welcomed the students of Iris Berman Early Childhood Center, who came to visit on March 18th. The students, all young boys, toured the bank, went inside the vault and observed how a bank works. The part the boys enjoyed the most, however, was the air pressure transport tube that goes between the customer and the teller at the drive-through.
"They were fascinated with the remote drive-up,” said Fernanda Monteiro, Head Teller at Regal Bank. "Each one took a turn sending and retrieving the tube and speaking on the microphone. They were a very fun group.”
The boys' teacher, Naomi Alalouf, said, "We appreciate the time that the people at Regal Bank gave. This was a rather unique opportunity for the boys to see the behind the scenes functioning of a bank."
All the boys left with a bag full of Regal Bank items.
