1. Open your Regal Bank Accounts at any of our convenient branch locations.

2. Enroll in Online Banking and Bill Payment Our representative will enroll you in Online Banking so you can access your accounts from any computer.
We can even assist you in adding your payee information so you can effortlessly begin paying your bills online.
3. Move your Automatic payments and Direct Deposits to your new account
Begin by working with our representative to complete the appropriate forms to change any automatic payments or direct deposits over to your new Regal Bank account. We will prepare and mail all the appropriate documents to the necessary parties to ensure smooth transition. If you choose to handle things yourself you can download our “Move to Regal Bank!” kit here, pick one up at any branch, or call us and we will mail one to you. The kit will help guide you through the process.
4. Begin using your new Regal Bank account immediately and stop issuing payments from your old account.
We will provide you with a starter checkbook kit, and at your request, order personalized checks and a Visa debit card so you can begin using your new account as soon as possible.
5. Close your old account
Our representative will assist you to balance your account and provide you with a list of outstanding items. Simply notify us when your outstanding items have cleared, complete and sign the “Request To Close Account” form and we will forward to your old bank to close your account for you. We can even arrange to transfer any remaining funds electronically for you.
A Regal Bank representative will confirm that your automatic payments and direct deposits have been switched. You should confirm from your last statement that the other bank has closed your account and the balance is zero.
